AIA was founded in 1996 by Katherine Bullock as an employee benefits brokerage firm committed to building long-term client relationships and providing benefit enrollment services, ongoing administrative support for employers, and responsive service to plan participants. Katherine began her career in the insurance industry in 1975 with the philosophy of consistently exceeding client expectations. And she and her staff at AIA maintain that philosophy on a daily basis.
AIA is a full-service firm, providing employee-paid voluntary benefits and employer-provided core benefits services. Our services include plan design, communication, enrollment and ongoing management. We specialize in serving employers in the healthcare, manufacturing and professional services industries in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
